Shipping and Return policy

1. Shipping Methods: UPS GROUND or USPS regular. Other methods are available, buyer can choose his/her own preferred shipping service.

2. Shipping Fee and Time: We ship from zip code: 90013, please go to www.ups.com or www.usps.com to get shipping estimates in relation to your zip code. We charge $7.99 for handling fee per order.

3. Preparing Order Time: Customized orders and all centerpiece orders need 5-10 business days to prepare in addition to shipping time. Regular items are shipped out within 3-5 business days after the order has been approved and paid for.

4. Return: After the order has been shipped out to buyer, the buyer can no longer cancel the order. We only accept defective item returns. Before returning defective items, buyer is to contact us to get the RAM number.

5. Private policy: We do not disclose any of our customer’s information. We keep it safe like it’s ours.
